Murph Challenge at Move Fitness
What better way to spend your Memorial Day then honoring those that the holiday is for? Move Fitness is a CrossFit gym that is hosting the Murph Challenge this Memorial Day. The challenge consists of 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and a one mile run, all while wearing a 20 pound vest. This is to honor the sacrifice of Michael Murphy and his favorite CrossFit workout. Get a workout in this Memorial Day!
Head to Kings Point and enjoy a traditional barbecue with live music. The barbecue will consist of barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, cole slaw, baked beans, and more.
